That won't be an issue. IIT is a central government institution and they give admission to students from across India. Your caste status would be applicable across India.

There is no sectional cutoff (Subjects wise cutoff) in JEE Main for qualifying the JEE-Advance. Only aggregate marks are considered for deciding the cutoff marks. As per year 2019, the required JEE Main cutoff percentile for ST candidate is 44.33. Hence, if yours daughter has secured this cutoff percentile than she can qualify for JEE-Advance.

The purpose of JEE Main and JEE-Advance are to give admission to students in Ist year of B.Tech courses in NITs, CFTIs and IITs on the basis of ranks they obtained in above entrance exams. JEE Main is the preliminary exam for admission in NITs and CFTIs. While JEE Advanced is conducted among the top 2.45 Lacs qualifiers of JEE Main. The basic eligibility criteria in addition to JEE Main and Advance for admission in NITs, CFTIs and IITs is 75% aggregate marks at 10+2 level for general and OBCs while 65% for SC/ST. The admission in IITs are based on ranks obtained in JEE-Advance (Conducted among the JEE Main qualifiers). The minimum eligibility criteria for admission in IITs is 75% aggregate marks (For general& OBCs and 65% for SC/ST) at 10+2 level with PCM. Hence the admission in IITs are not done on the basis of Diploma courses. However you can get admission in State engineering colleges in 2nd year direct of BE/B.Tech courses.
