You can't get CSE in IIT Jammu / Bhilai. So if you can get CSE in bits Hyderabad then go for it because there is no chancr in IIT in CSE.

However, getting admission in any IIT depends on the course which you are willing to take such as undergraduate, PG or Ph.D. Admission process are different for different course categories. You have to apply for IIT JEE exams for getting admission in B.Tech and through GATE score you can get admission in Masters and Ph.D. courses. In addition, if you have qualified JRF examination then you can apply for Ph.D. admission directly by appearing for interviews.
