Hello,
All IIT college fees is almost same, but if you want to get admission in best IIT College like IIT Madras, then you have to do lots of hard work and prepare yourself in that manner that there no one is better then you.

JEE Mains rank predictor is an online tool which predicts the candidate's rank range and probable colleges based on the difficulty level of the examination, average marks scored in JEE Main and seats available in IITs, NITs, GFTIs and other SFTIs. No,
It's not possible for you to get admission in any of the NITs or IIITs or GFTIs. You have to go with low tier private colleges, use the college predictor tool to know in which colleges you can get admission.

With this score, your rank would range from 18k to 20k approximately. With this rank, it's not possible to get admission in any of the IITs. You can either admission in NITs based on your mains score.
