JEE Advanced and AAT are the exams after qualification in JEE Mains paper 2 exam to secure admission in IIT's for B.Arch.

If you have qualified in JEE Mains paper 1 or JEE Mains paper 2 then you can take up JEE Advanced exams. An architecture aspirant can take up JEE Advanced AAT to get admission in IIT's.
