At first, congratulations on scoring 89 percentile in IIT JEE Mains. It is a very good result indeed that you have achieved. I am sure with this percentile you can definitely get admission in NIT-Manipur. If not in the first counselling, then do attend a few more.

You will get NITs only with this score of JEE Mains for b architecture. To get admission in IIT, you need to qualify JEE Advance examination.

Yes, of course you can pursue your Masters in computer Science and after B.Tech course you can go with either M.Tech course or MBA depending on your interest as both are good. Good luck.

It depends from college to college. Some nits have annual fees of INR. 1.5lakh and some are little bit lower around INR. 1.2 lpa. But, fees of IITs are around INR. 1.6 lpa or above. So, IITs are more costly. But, who cares for that cost, which is making your life better in future. Also, people get various types of scholarships, so fees are no longer a burden to them. Go for the counseling. It Is not a bad rank.

Once the documents are uploaded, and the final application is submitted it can't be changed.
