No, with the rank of 46561 JEE Mains, you will not get admission in IITs and NITs even if you are in SC Quota. Because the cut-off for SC quota is High this year. Best of luck for your future and if there's any query, feel free to ask. Do upvote if you like the answer.

Hello Vivek, To secure admission at IITs, you need to clear JEE Advanced with a good score for which you can appear only after clearing JEE Mains. Hence, if you have a good rank in JEE Advanced you can get a good IIT. With JEE Mains score, you can only apply for NITs, IIITs and GFTIs through JoSAA counseling.

No, required JEE Advanced coaching is at a totally different levels than the one required for Mains. One needs to practice application of principles in solving problems. I suggest you to take coaching exclusively for JEE Advanced to enable you to compete successful. Best wishes to you.
