Hello Shivam Kumar,
For admission in IITs, 75% minimum is required in class 12th. Hence your admission here is ruled out. You should make an attempt for admission in one of the colleges in Bihar.
Best wishes to you.

Yes, you can get this branch in most of the colleges like IIITs and NITs but be careful while choosing the college. All the colleges are not good, even some GFTIs are better than the NITs and IIITs.

After 12th boards, you will not be having enough time to prepare for JEE. Therefore, it is better to join a coaching institute after 10th boards itself, so that you can comfortably prepare and it will not be very hectic also.

Hi, Changing a college after having taken admission is almost impossible to materialize. There are multiple reasons for this. The first is that college which you want to leave does not want to lose a paying student for the next so many years. Second: the college where you want to take admission may not be having vacancies to admit you. Third: If it's in a different University then the commonality of syllabus comes into picture. In your case, you are thinking of shifting from IIT to college under Pune University. My best advice to you would be to quit it and appear for MHT CET once again for the probable admission in a college in Pune.
