As on today, National testing agency has only announced the tentative schedule for conducting JEE Advanced for entry into different IIT's. Presently even the all India ranking of JEE Mains has not been announced. Of course, even today there are some software prepared by different websites which will predict college or IIT for you based on your rank of last year but I would advise caution and patience. Hello Aashrith, first of all let me congratulate you for your son's great achievement of scoring a percentile which is more than 99. What this means is that he is quite capable of understanding, analysing and writing an answer which is up to the mark. These are the traits that will come in very handy when he appears for JEE Advanced for getting into an IIT. If he performs in a similar vein I am sure he will get admission into the stream and IIT of his choice. Let him continue to study and prepare exactly the way he has prepared for JEE Mains.
Best wishes for your sons attempt in JEE Advanced.

It is based on your preparation. Lack of time causes burden. But don't worry. After your board exams prepare well. Read newspapers daily. Analytical and quantitative ability part of the exam is little tough. But, you can simply achieve it through practice. Practice essay writing based on contemporary events.

Hello Shreyash,
You have indeed received good percentile in IIT JEE Mains examination. However your 50% in class 12th may put some restrictions on your getting admission to many colleges across India government or private or both. However to help you I am attaching a link that will predict college for you based on your percentile. If you are not satisfied with this I would strongly recommend you to appear once again for examination that is being conducted in the month of April. https://www.shiksha.com/b-tech/resources/jee-mains-college-predictor
Best wishes to you.
