Yes, you can get a integrated degree of B.Tech + MBA in IITs or NITs.There are various IITs and NITs offering B.Tech and MBA 5 years integrated programs and such IITs are IIT madras, jodhpur, kanpur and such NITs are Jalandhar and jamshedpur.

Hello Kal, Unfortunately at such a rank of 98500 rank in JEE Mains Entrance exam you cannot get admission into reputed Engineering Institutions like NITs and IITs (specially if you are from general category, as then the chances are nill ).

A score of 10.33 marks in the GATE EEE exam significantly reduces the chances of obtaining admission to any IIT for any stream branch, as this is far below the usual cut-off marks for even the low-ranked ones; most probably, this score will not secure you any IIT admission. good luck

If you have already finished your M.Tech from an IIT, you are usually exempted from appearing for GATE for a PhD programme in most institutes and even IITs.
