As per MHRD, seats allotted to foreign nationals are supernumerary with a cap of 10% of total number of seats in every course at IITs.

Yes, anybody can crack JEE. It depends on how much you practice and your hard work. The average marks can't be specified as every student has his/her own capability.

Hello, after completing your Diploma in engineering you can apply for JEE Main and thereafter for Advance if you score enough marks in the exam you will get a seat in the same. All the best.

By preparing your class 11th and class 12th syllabus thoroughly. Depending on your capabilities, you may have to pursue a coaching later. The best way to prepare now is to focus on your Physics, Chemistry and Maths. Prepare them as you would prepare for IIT. Because, the syllabus is same you will score better marks in your class 11th and as well in JEE.

To take admission in IIT, you need to qualify JEE Main paper 2 that is for B.Arch. Then, you need to qualify JEE Advance. After that, you will get the chance at JEE Advance AAT i.e. the Architecture Aptitude Test. After you qualify AAT, you will get the seat.
