If you are from Rajasthan, then you can consider Sikar, as it is a growing city in field of education, where there are many institutes to prepare yourself for IIT JEE. As you may be aware of eligibility criteria of IIT, you need to take an entrance so I would advise you to look for colleges with direct admission or colleges with their own exam or with its state's exam.

If you want to join IIT after 12th Science, JEE is an entrance exam I.e. Joint Entrance Exam conducted by different IITs every year for B.Tech programs!

Hello,
Instead of looking for books, I would suggest you to go for IIT JAM Study Materials. These study materials include all the preparation stuff including unit-wise notes & question papers, important topics, previous year papers and many more. Books are available separately for different topics. So, it's better to buy the study materials and start preparing for the exam.
