Yes you cannot get admission in MSc physics in IIT IIT delhi is a very prestigious institution of India. It is on the top rank. and the package offered is also very good

As I have been to a coaching earlier (FIITJEE). I am pretty much in favor of them despite what others perceive of it. If they provide you good enough teachers, go ahead and grab a seat. Else, go for some IIT-focused tuitions and stuff (the former is advisable). I know, I am still not helping you with your question, but having been taught by quality teachers and being exposed to a healthy competitive environment is in itself an experience, which every IIT aspirant must have. I might sound going over-the –board, but yes self-study is one thing wherein you analyses your abilities, but what good will it do in the long run of the IIT comp

12th marks are important. Your marks play a key role in letting you to nits n IITs, but there is a chance of getting into NITs and IITs if your JEE Mains and Advanced marks are extremely good.

Yes, as per the eligible criteria of JEE Mains 2019
for qualifying exam, there is an option
*National Institute of Open Schooling conducted Senior Secondary School Examination with a minimum of 5 subjects.*
The 5 subjects for B.Tech/ B.E. are:
1-Language, 2-Physics, 3-Mathematics, 4-Any one of (Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Technical Vocational Subject), 5-Any other subject

While applying for the examination, you no need to worry for the certificates. There, you will have options, just choose the one and submit your certificates later at the time of verification.

That really won't matter the main thing that you have to take care is JAM exam. Appear it properly and seriously so that you can score high enough, try to be within 50s so that you will enter into the best colleges of India, more importantly many options will be open for you.
