Theirs a lot of privates and government. Colleges in India providing best B.Tech and you have to be specific because its totally depends on the branch and state in which you wanna apply.

To get a good rank in JEE and make to the IIT you need to have a strategic planning that suits the present format of selection. B.Sc. / B. Pharma/ BHMS/ BDS/ BAMS/ MBBS
B.E. In Computer Science
B.Tech. In Information Technology/ Biomedical Engineering
