Hello Sukarna,
The admission into IITs is based on the score and rank in JEE Advanced and not based on JEE main performance. If you have cleared JEE Mains then you need to appear for JEE Advanced and get a good score to get admission at IITs.

No, JEE Mains paper 2 can only get you admission into NITs, for IIT you have to qualify both JEE Advanced paper and AAT and get a rank in the open category. After that only you are eligible for admission into IITs for B.Arch or else you can't.

You cannot take admission directly. For NIT, you have to attempt JEE main exam for entrance where you should score good marks whether For IIT you need to attempt both JEE main and JEE Advanced. If you clear JEE main cut off then only you will be eligible to take JEE advance exam. Hope this helps you.

First of all, I would like to tell you that in Mains / Advance at least 55 % of the questions come from class 11th and rest from class 12th. So, from class 11th more portion of paper come. Now to prepare well, you have to devote time on both but not simultaneously. I will recommend to firstly complete class 12th syllabus fully, then move to class 11th to revise. I hope, you know up to CBSE level of class 11th. So that, you can understand class 12th in holidays, try to cover class 11th portion. When you complete class 12th completely, then totally get focused on class 11th syllabus and prepare well. Also, take care to revise for class 1
