It's ultimately your passion that should decide. If you want to become generalist, go for MBA, but if you have passion for Technology then go for M.Tech. But normally MBA gets better packages.

You just need to memorize formulas and shortcut trick.
Follow only one book. (NCERT is not good for IITJEE).
Tata Mc Graw Hill for JEE Mains is one of the best books. It is also enough for JEE Advanced. It has a lot of questions with solutions. Solve it completely.
And in last 4 months, buy Arihant 38 years for Maths.
You can easily score 100+ marks if you follow my tips.

You can go through MTG books or TMH Complete PCM for good practice in MCQ or you can also go with the study material of the coaching institute which is also much effective.
