Hi,
To have a Ph.D degree from abroad universities do not have a stamp or surety to get a job in IIT or any other established Indian University. It totally depend on knowledge, skills, foundation, research papers and project work with positive attitude, commitment and dedication. So, you must give your 100% from your side and do well in your studies up to Ph.D level.
All the best.
