The opening and closing rank depends on the category and quota of candidates. For General category under All India, opening rank was 7902 and closing rank was 8909. Cut off are differant when it comes to other categories or female candidates and even domicile of home state. In All India, opening and closing rank for female candidates was 2709 and 14463. Admission to BTech in Electrical Engineering in IIT Goa is based on the scores obtained in the entrance exam JEE Advanced. Applicants are advised to confirm what category are they applying while checking for cut offs.

IIT Goa JEE Advanced cutoff 2024 has been released across multiple specialisations. Based on the Round 1 seat allotment, the BTech cutoff scores ranged between 4654 and, 10653 for the General AII India category students. Among all the BTech specialisations, BTech in CSE is the most competitive specialisation. The Last Round for Computer Science and Engineering is 4654 for the General AI category.Furthermore, according to IIT Goa OBC AI category cutoff 2024, the Last Round closing rank for Computer Science and Engineering is 1987. The cutoff trend for BTech at IIT Dharwad - Indian Institute of Technology has increased in recent years. In 2021, the closing rank for BTech in Mechanical Engineering under the general category for all India quota was 12605. In 2022, it increased to 13892. However, the closing rank dropped from 13892 to 11980 for the 2023 Round 1 cutoff. So, comparing the previous year's trends with the latest year's cutoff, IIT Dharwad showed a fluctuating trend for Mechanical Engineering. This trend is likely to continue in the coming years, as the demand for engineering education in India continues to grow.

Yes, you can get admission into IITs with a rank of 15k in JEE Advanced. However, you will probably not get admission in top 7 IITs and in the branches which are the favourites of the most people. But indeed you can get admission into IITs with such a rank as well.

IIT Dharwad will release 6 rounds of JEE Advanced cutoffs for admission to BTech. The cutoffs will be released on a rolling basis, and the seats will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. The cutoffs will be based on the following factors:The JEE Advanced score of the candidateThe category of the candidateThe number of seats available in the courseCandidates must visit the official website of entrance exam to read clear instructions on how to proceed with the counselling process, once the round is released.
