Evening classes for LL.B. Were allowed few years back but presently it is not allowed as per BCI. Although one may find some colleges offering evening classes but that degree is not applicable for practise. You can find a law college which require less attendance. Also colleges like Anamali, Guru Nanak Dev University offer academic LL.B. ( not applicable for practise). Also you can explore about law courses by Anamali, KUK, Symbosis, NLU, ILI, etc. Best wishes.

All the universities offer the same as a specialised course in 5th year. You can go for that. You can also do it separately as a Diploma course.

For a valid IELTS certificate, you have to sit in the IELTS exam, this exam is widely approved by all the universities worldwide for consideration in their admission procedures.

There is only one college in Hyderabad, which offers this certification course. Further, siksha.com had made a list of colleges which offer and this one appears in the fore. All the best, it is a good subject, but sad, many colleges don't offer it.
