We have world class faculties but the attrition rate is very high in XIME for past 2 years (almost 95%). So every year you see complete new faculties who are not able to fill the place of older ones. Placement is really a problem, ROI is worst here.

It is great to hear that you are interested in gaining international exposure. And, the answer to your question is yes. You can apply for admissions in IMT-Dubai based on your graduation in B.Com. You need to give any of the entrance exams like CAT/CMAT/XAT/GMAT and clear the cutoff and interview processes for getting enrolled. It is good that you have made a decision on the MBA specialization and your past experience is definitely going to help you in you the course. Best college in India accepting GMAT is ISB (Indian School of Business) Hyderabad, but you have to check the eligibility criteria in their website or drop a mail to them for your query. Symbiosis University also offers a MBA in Healthcare. NITEE or SIOM for Operations or Industrial Management.
I would suggest that you to appear for CAT, as well if you want to increase your options in India as all IIMs definitely are a very good for the management courses. I am also a Mechanical engineer pursu
