IMU - IMU Navi Mumbai Indian Maritime University is one of the pioneer and premiere maritime institutes of India, offering various courses in nautical science, shipping and logistics management. It has a good on-campus placement record, with almost 90% of students in the 2017-2020 batch being placed in international shipping companies. The average salary offered at IMU is 7 lac per annum. It also has some facilities like DGS approved medical practitioners, neighborhood hospital, tempo traveler and ATM.However, whether it is the best in Mumbai or not depends on your personal preferences and criteria.
