I am getting previous years question papers and answers. If you Google, there are plenty of sites which will provide you with this information. I will also advise you to go in for mock test as it will help you in understanding how much time you have to answer and it will go a long way in giving all answers correctly and to your satisfaction. Hi, you will be asked just your registered number in any CET, and you are supposed to give a scanned copy if it is mandatory.

IMUCET is held only once in a year, and application starts from the first week of April

No, JEE is not required for Marine Engineering. After IMU was established in 2008, it started conducting it's own entrance exam IMUCET. So, one needs to appear for CET now only to get admitted to affiliated colleges of IMU.
