With a score of 70% on IMUCET, you may be eligible for B.Tech and B.Sc programs at Indian Maritime University. However, admission is also determined by the overall level of competition as well as the specific cutoff established by the university for that academic year. It's a good idea to look at previous years' cutoffs to get a better idea of your chances.

You have decent PCM score and Average Board Percentage. Moreover, it depends also upon how well your interview went.As far as your admission in Tolani is concerned a decent PCM percentage would be anything above 60 %. If you score nearly between 40 to 50 in TMISAT, there's a high chance of you being appreciated. IMUCET rank below 2000 is always acceptable and reputed .
