You can choose any subjects you want because becoming an income tax inspector has nothing to do with your subject. You just need to clear the exam.

I think no, because ITO exam require graduation, and till now IPCC is not considered as graduation. Moreover, permission from ICAI should be taken before enrolling for any other course. Thanks.
