Hi Ghanshyam, specialisation in any department of law can be done only during Masters and not in the undergraduation course. As part of the 3 year LLB Programme, you are required to study all the subjects prescribed by BCI/ UGC. On completion of under graduation course, you can go ahead and pursue an LLM in Taxation Law.

For IT officer, you need a very good rank. Target minimum 160 in tier 1 exam. And 340+ in tier 2. Total should be above 500 after tier 2 for good chances of selection in General category.

No, as BCA also has Maths and while preparing, you can develop your Maths. So, it is not at all difficult. You can do this. Good luck.

You can choose any subjects you want because becoming an income tax inspector has nothing to do with your subject. You just need to clear the exam.
Good luck.

Hello Sukhpal,
I think you have raised this query second time by oversight. In nutshell, you have to appear for the same exam which you need to become an IAS. Depending on your rank, you can get the stream.
Best wishes.

To work in Income tax department as an officer or clerk it is required that you take exams. SSC CGL and CHSL are some common entrance exams. Also, if you are willing to work as IVth class employee then IT Department releases vacancies for Drivers, PAs, etc.

NCC would be helpful for Police. NSS is just for name sake. Also, Income Tax recruitment is done mostly through SSC Exam.
