You need to understand that allopathy and homeopathy have different method of approach and treatment. They can't be merged together, because it won't meet the technical requirement standard.

Also, you can find a lot of scholarship based on the college you're pursuing in but you've to check the eligibility from that site. Candidates wishing to pursue the course are needed to fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria listed below in order to apply for the course:
