Hi Aniket,
The requirements in both the countries differ. BS nursing is usually a four year degree course, you must have completed class 12th with relevant subjects. To study in US, you must take SAT and TOEFL. To study in Canada, SAT is not required but TOEFL or IELTS would be required. You must check university websites for specific requirements. Felician College in US is very popular for nursing.

In india, generally it's not possible so you need to check with the university where you wish to apply. Abroad too, you have to write to the university with your marksheet and they check how many subjects or exams are relevant with their own structure to waive off the credits. With the backlog, it would be little difficult so clear them all first.

You can surely get admission into MBA. However, you mentioned that you have cleared CPT as well. It is advisable that you pursue CA because it is equivalent to MBA. Rather it has more potential as compared to MBA.
