No, the Assam Downtown University provides entrance-based scholarships for all academic programmes, which also include BSc. The applicants have to fulfill all the mentioned scholarship requirements. Yes, NGF College of Engineering and Technology does offer direct admission in the B.E. / B.Tech course by OLET Haryana exemption. There are direct walk-in admission opportunities offered in the college.
