To join Civil Engineering at NIT Goa, JEE Main is a mandatory requirement. Admissions to NITs, including NIT Goa, are primarily based on JEE Main scores, followed by the JoSAA counseling process. However, if you are interested in other paths, you could explore certain state quota or institutional quota options, but these are typically limited and might not apply to every NIT or every course.
