Normally, for the Top NITs (like NIT Trichy, NIT Surathkal, NIT Warangal), the closing ranks for CSE can go as low as around 1000-3000 (All India Rank), and for IT, it may be slightly higher. State Quota (HS-Haryana): Under the Home State quota for Haryana, the cutoffs will be a bit softer compared to All India quota as your state rank will play a role here.
