Admission to the B.Sc. Nursing programme at Indian Academy College of Nursing is based on the following entrance exams:Karnataka 2nd PUC (Pre-University Certificate) exam  The college conducts its own entrance test as well, which candidates need to clear in addition to meeting the minimum eligibility criteria of 45% aggregate marks in the 10+2 exam with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English as compulsory subjects

The remaining 70% are management quota seats filled directly by the college.Candidates must have passed the 10+2 or equivalent examination with a minimum of 45% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English.
