Admission to M.Sc. Microbiology in India is offered on the basis of the Common Entrance Test (CET) mechanism like IPU CET OUCET, BITSAT etc. These tests measure the aptitude of students for M.Sc. Microbiology. Delhi University, Jawaharlal Nehru University, Banaras Hindu University, etc. Are some of the popular universities conducting their own entrance for M.Sc. Microbiology admission.

I strongly recommed you to continue your PG. Because Biotech is a blooming industry and the joh oppurtunity is very less. But I know some people who had Job placements after Bsc Biotech with 75k salary. But the competition for those 1 or 2 seats in that sector is very very high. So, it is always better that you pursue your Masters.
thanks and all the best.
