According to the information you have provided, your rank is approximately between 2000 and 2500. According to your rank, you did not get into Banaras Hindu University (BHU). But you may get admission into the University of Agricultural Sciences (UAS), Bangalore; the University of Agricultural Sciences (UAS), Dharwad; and the Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU). Hloo aspirant, u r definetly eligible, even u get the rank u mentioned above as u mentioned that u r ST but make sure some guidence of u r elders or other faculty members as u know.

No it is not recognised by ICAR. It is recognised by NAAC and UGC.

The candidates should have passed in Bachelors Degree in B.Sc. Or B.Sc. In Agriculture / Horticulture / Forestry from any recognised university and stay tuned for update.

First of all, you have not mentioned the college name and also you have not mentioned your category so it is difficult for me to tell each and every college cutoff. However,
1- Banaras Hindu University ICAR Cutoff rank for the general category was 346.
2- Rani Laxmi Bai Central Agricultural University (RLBCAU), Jhansi ICAR Cutoff rank for the general category was 2105.
3- Viswa Bharti, PSBVB, Sriniketan, West Bengal ICAR Cutoff rank for the general category was 1638.
4- Central Agricultural University, Imphal ICAR Cutoff rank for the general category was 2934.

Yes, you can get admission in LPU for M.Sc. Ag. Through the LPU entrance exam even if you have done B.Sc. Ag. From the private college. You just need to make sure that the B.Sc. Degree should be valid. LPU is the first private university that got approval from ICAR. The following degree programs were approved for accreditation for a period of five years
B.Sc. (Hons. ). Agriculture with GPAP of 3.72
M.Sc. Agriculture {Horticulture (Fruit Science)} with GPAP of 3.75
M.Sc. Agriculture (Agronomy) with GPAP of 3.60
M.Sc. Agriculture (Genetics and Plant Breeding) with GPAP of 3.60

Yes. PG course in Horticulture are approved by ICAR. The first batch was 2014-2015 and from there on there are many batches passed out and it's totally approved and taken care by ICAR.
