Yes, if you took admission in 2022 for M.Sc. Agronomy at Lovely Professional University (LPU), and the university had ICAR (Indian Council of Agricultural Research) approval at that time (up to 2023), your degree would still be considered as having ICAR recognition.Even if the ICAR accreditation lapses after 2023, students who were enrolled during the period of ICAR recognition will be covered by that accreditation. This means you would still receive a valid and recognized certificate under ICAR for your M.Sc. Agronomy program, as your admission was during the period of approval.

If we look at the acceptance ratio than ICAR exam wins because it is acceptable across India compared to the Rajasthan JET exam which is a state-level exam. Rajasthan JET is conducted once a year and the ICAR Exam is also conducted once in a year.

Yes, you can pursue a B.Sc Agriculture at the Indian Agricultural Research Institute (IARI) in New Delhi. However, IARI primarily offers postgraduate programs. For a B.Sc, consider other agricultural universities in India. IARI is renowned for its research and higher education in agriculture.
