You have not written about the major subject groups like Agriculture, Horticulture, etc. for which PG entrance syllabus is required. In Food Science Technology, Generally M.Sc degree are awarded, but M.Tech degree is awarded at AAU Anand. So, M.Tech is awarded at AAU Anand only.

Yes, JEE Main and EAMCET preparation will be helpful in ICAR AIEEA UG for B.Sc. (Hons) Agriculture, because subjects to be attempted in the ICAR entrance exam are PCM.

Yes, you are eligible for ICAR AIEEA UG 2020. The eligibility criteria of B.Sc. (Hons.). Agriculture is given below.
Eligibility criteria: 12th with minimum 50% of marks (45% for SC/ST/PWD) with PCB/PCMB/ PCM/Inter-Agriculture. Subjects to be attempted in entrance exam: PCM.
