The admission procedure is different for different courses at University of Agricultural Sciences (UAS), Dharwad. The  admission to B.Sc course of University of Agricultural Sciences (UAS), Dharwad is based on the academic merit of the candidate. The eligibility criteria for B.Sc course in 2023 was that the candidate must've scored atleast 50% marks in his/her 12th exam or any equivalent 10+2 exam. The exams accepted are ICAR AIEEA, KCET, CBSE 12th and Karnataka 2nd PUC. The candidates must regularly check the official website of the university for any updates regarding the admission procedure, eligibility criteria, etc.

Candidates should have passed  10+2 examination after a period of 12 years of study from any recognised Board in India (except Diploma or vocational course) with not less than 50% marks in aggregate for General, OBC (NCL), UPS, EWS categories and 40% marks in aggregate for SC, ST, Third Gender, PwBD

The minimum cutoff for the ICAR AIEEA 2023 for BSc at the Kerala Veterinary & Animal Sciences University is 50% for General/OBC/UPS/EWS category candidates and 40% for SC/ST/PWD/Transgender candidates.  To be eligible for the ICAR AIEEA 2023, candidates must pass the 10+2 board exam or equivalent exams with at least 50% marks. The cutoff for the ICAR AIEEA exam is 300+.  The selection for B.Sc. depends on the marks obtained in the entrance test, interview, and counseling.
