It's a foreign qualification provider, so if you are interested in moving abroad and in actually working in manufacturing sector of aviation (which India doesn't have any) then its a good college, You save a lot of money cause you save atleast 2-3 years of living and education cost by studying at IIAE, I know this because I went there for counselling so I have a fairly good idea how the system works.

Every college has some seats for engineering students migration. Post diploma .
You must check their criteria on site , I am sure you would get the information of examination/ selection criteria

IIAE conducts its own entrance exam known as AIAEE (All India AME entrance examination) exclusively for the Indian Institute of Aircraft Engineering (IIAE) registered candidates only. This is conducted through an Online Examination mode at 26 centres all over India in the month of APRIL or MAY every year. Students also get the opportunity to select their preferred examination date in online examination mode within the allowed dates. Based on the examination results and all India merit list is published online in the institute website (www.iiae.in ) with intimation to the selected and qualified students on their registered E-mail addres

IIAE exam. The information available says that students have to apply based on their performance in class 12th and it does not talk of any exam by IIAE. I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information about different aspects of the admission procedure in this institution.

Hello Abhinav,
Manipal Institute of Technology is a Deemed to be university and conducts its own entrance exam for giving admission to different engineering courses that are conducted by it. On the other hand IIAE is a very typical Institute. It claims to run course of which two years of studies are in India while the last two years for studies are in an institution or university abroad with which it has tie up. Before taking admission try to find out from as many people as possible the position and then take an informed decision. Best wishes to you.
