For admission to UG courses, the candidate needs to have passed 10+2 exam in any discipline. Those awaiting 10+2 results may also apply. The candidate must make sure that meet the eligibility criteria, as otherwise the candidature of the applicant can be cancelled.The admission committe will verify the information furnished by the candidate at the time of counseling.

The eligibility criteria for M.A at Indian Institute of Art and Design (IIAD) Delhi include the following:A UG degree from a recognised university.The candidate must have graduated in any stream from a recognised university/ The final-year graduation students are also eligible to apply.It's mandatory for students to qualify for an entrance exam.The selection criteria for the M.A programme include merit in the iMAT exam and a personal interview. The conducting body for the entrance exam is the Indian Institute of Art & Design.

For admission to BBA, IIAD has set a basic eligibility criteria that every aspirant needs to fulfil. The minimum eligibility criteria for BBA is to pass Class 12 with 50% aggregate in the streams in Science/ Commerce/ Arts from CBSE/ ISC/ State/ IB or any other equivalent Indian or International Higher Secondary Board. In order to get admission to a three-year MA course, candidates must meet the educational requirements as per the course. The minimum eligibility criteria is to graduate in any streams from a recognised university. Those who are the final year graduate students and those awaiting results are also eligible to apply.  In order to get admission to BBA at IIAD, students need to fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria, i.e., to graduate in any streams from a recognised board also, the final year graduate students and those awaiting results are also eligible to apply. For admission to this course, IIAD conducts an entrance exam, i.e., IIAD Management Aptitude Test (IMAT) in both online and offline modes for admission to its UG courses in the stream of Management. The final selection is done based on the performance of candidates in the personal interview round conducted at IIAD.

Candidates who are willing to get admission to a UG level desigining course of BA at IIAD Delhi must fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria in the first place. Aspirants who passed Class 12 with 50% aggregate in the streams in Science/Commerce/Arts from CBSE/ ISC/State/IB or any other equivalent Indian or International Higher Secondary Board are eligible to apply for the course. Afte fulfilling the eligibility critreria, next step is to appear for IDAT exam.
