Yes, they will teach game programming in B.Sc game designing and development. The course focuses on the art and design of computer games and animation where students will concentrate on specific needs as a professional game artist, designer, developer, and animator. The course helps in computer science, including writing computer programs in the core languages such as C and C+, with a solid grounding in the humanities, social sciences, and fundamentals of art.

Game designing and development industry is huge and has lot of opportunities. But to be practical, In India B.Sc in Game designing won't grab you high pay job. So, you may need to develop your own game on your own and start it as your own company but if you are looking for job after B.Sc then it is going to be difficult.
I advice to have engineering degree or some other game designing course and then masters in game designing from abroad. This will fetch you better lifestyle. Abroad there are lot go companies like SuperCell, EASports which are looking for interested candidates.
