If you want to do MBA in finance, I would suggest you IIFT as it's goodwill itself speaks about it, seeking admission there is a dream of many and such a popularity means that the institute is worthy, rest FMS is also great and the fee is also nominal there comparatively.

Yes, you are eligible for IIFT National Entrance. You need to score 98.40% in IIFT entrance exam.

The cutoff of IIFT 2019 refers to the minimum marks or percentile a test taker must obtain in order to qualify for the next round of selection process. The conducting body of the national-level entrance exam will release the IIFT cutoff 2019 to shortlist the candidates for the selection procedure.

Congratulations, according to my opinion, you should fill more colleges also. Because, sometimes it happens that you get shortlisted for good institutes, but due to your performance or luck or competition you don't get selected in the final process.

Don't worry about the loan for now. Since, IIFT is a premier institute, you will very easily get Scholar Loan, which covers your tuition fees, hostel fees, mess fees, laptop that you may need to buy for studies etc. from SBI, PNB and many other banks. For now, please concentrate on getting in.
