In my opinion, you should choose firstly NIT Jamshedpur then DTU Then BIT then another one for the CSE branch.

Hello Mulan, you have got the OBC rank of 46000. All seats put together in different NIT's and GFTI's are roughly about 50000 and the percentage of OBC is I think about 27%. So you can imagine how many seeds are available for those under OBC category. However getting a seat is a different dynamics itself. It all depends on how different students fill up their choices. IIIT-Gwalior is premiere institute for CSE. IITs are best institutes for IT and CSE branch. So, if you are looking for Computer Science discipline than IIIT is best.

I will advice you to go for IIT Patna because no matter what it is IIT. It has got that big name tag on it and hence the placement rate and study quality will also be good in my opinion.

Among all IIITs, IIIT Allahabad, IIIT Hyderabad, IIIT Bangalore and IIIT Delhi have better placements than IIIT Gwalior.

Yes, IIIT Gwalior is a good option in government IIITs. It comes under top 4 government IIITs. Placement is good and campus infrastructure is also good.
