Hi Mayur!
With this pattern of academics, you cannot apply for CAT. You essentially have 12th passing certificate (with >90%) and valid certificates from your University of graduation. Diploma is not count as graduation.

Yes, you can to get the admission, only if you score more than 50% marks in class 12th in your best four subject, and then you have to clear your entrance test for the admission.

It totally depends on you if you want to attend class regularly you can and if you don't want to attend class, then there are so many options like distance MBA if you are doing job and not able to attend the classes.
