1. Atleast one or two research papers published in PhD
2. Your supervisor approves your work and thinks you have done enough progress work.
3. You need to present your work in department in front of teachers
4. Than you need to write thesis and submit it to the iisc.
5. Than they will review your thesis. They may ask you to correct somethings in thesis. Than you need to modify it and again send them for review
6. Once the thesis review is done. You need to defend your thesis in front of iisc teachers. If your review is done than defense will be passed easily. After this they will reward you Ph.D. degree.

This course is of 4 years and you study pcm in the beginning and in later stage you specialise in any one of them. You get admission through JEE Mains/JEE Advanced/NEET
If you qualify any of this exam and you have top rank. You will get admission here. Every year cut off is different but you need top ranks. Course 2: integrated Ph.D. after B.Sc. In this course you get admission in combined M.Sc. And Ph.D. course. After 6 years you will get M.Sc. And Ph.D. both. Admission is through IIT JAM exam and an interview. Course 3 Ph.D. after

You can contact them or wait for the admissions to open again.
But one thing you can do is mail them regarding this continuously on their official email ID and if lots of emails are sent to them about this then they can open the admissions again.
