Hello Utsav Sarkar, yes indeed, for getting admission in postgraduate course in engineering many colleges have prescribed GATE as the qualifying examination for giving admissions. Now this examination is conducted for many subjects that are available for doing postgraduate studies. A student has to select the subject of choice for the subject in which he desires to study post graduation. You have rightly concluded that you will have to appear for the concerned paper of GATE for getting admission for M.Tech in aerospace engineering. Best wishes to you.
