You can apply for Engineering Colleges, but not in Government colleges. You can apply for private Colleges only, as your class 12th% percentage is low.

Both IISER and IISC have their own rankings and both are one of the best institutes of India. You cannot compare both of them as both have their own achievements and qualities.

Hi Aliya,
You can get in IISc Bangalore through NEET by applying for the application through your NEET score. They ask you to score 60% marks to get qualified for the interview. But, I suggest to try to score 70% to 80 %, as they combine your NEET score with the interview score in other to be on the sheet side. Hope you are satisfied with the answer.
