IISC Bangalore charges Rs 29,200 as a fee for M.Des/M.Tech, and IIT takes Rs 50,000

Please refer to the link provided below for details regarding courses in M.Sc. form IISC. As far as I know, there are only three specializations in M.Sc. namely, biology, Earth and Environmental Studies, and Material Science. You can check for further details at the link posted below.

Merit Screening
Admission is based on the rank obtained in IIT-JEE/ National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET).
You can directly contact the admission authorities in IISC, BAngalore for information regarding admissions. Cut-offs have been declared and you can check for the same online.

Yes, you are eligible to get admission in IIT and NIT in MBA after completing Bachelors in technology.
The course is of two years. You have to appear for CAT entrance examination and qualify in it for admission in course.
CAT stands for Common Admission Test and it is conducted by IIM for admission in MBA course.
There are many available streams in MBA such as:
Finance
Banking
Hospital administration
Marketing.
So, you can select a specialisation as per your interest.
