Yes you might consider it, although it is a 5 year course but it is present only in 3 iits i.e. roorkee, kharagpur,varanasi. Architecture is relatively hectic but its worth it if you want to pursue in architecture which has immense opportunities

In case you have qualified for examination and your date to fee submission is passed it is suggested to you to contact office and officials as your seat is allocated after you have submitted seat acceptance fees. In case you have not submitted seat acceptance fees, nothing can be done.

Yes, BHU will conduct the entrance exam and there will be no change in the pattern of exam. However it is not sure that when will BHU conduct the exam. As every other exam, BHU is also in apostponed state and the new exam dates will be announced soon. All the Indian institute of technology that you have listed are good. But among them IIT Varanasi is best. It ranks higher among them. IIT Jodhpur and IIT gandhinagar are both new IIT's and they are also good in term of opportunities and placements that they will provide you. If you got a chance then choose IIT Varanasi.
