In my opinion, IIT BHU is better for mechanical engineering then IIT-Hyderabad because IIT BHU provides good quality of mechanical faculty members and good course curriculum.

IIT-Guwahati EEE is far better than IIT BHU in all terms. Be it infrastructure, environment, alumni associates, faculty and students.

I think NIT electrical will give you more exposure. NIT-Trichy always hit its 100% record in all most all UG courses. IIT-BHU has its brand name just like other IITs. It's completely up to you to decide now.

No, once you have taken admission in any of the IITs, you can't take JEE Advanced again.

Hello Sooraj,The admission in IIT is through entrance exam called JEE Advanced. But only those who score certain marks in JEE Mains are allowed to register for JEE Advanced. Also JEE Mains exam is already over. So now you can think of applying only next year.
