The list of the available exam cities for GATE exam under IIT Delhi Zone are as follows- Haryana - Faridabad, Gurugram, HisarJammu and Kashmir - Jammu-Samba, SrinagarMadhya Pradesh - Indore, UjjainLadakh - LehUttar Pradesh - Greater NOIDA, MathuraNew Delhi - DelhiRajasthan - Ajmer, Alwar, Bhilwara, Bikaner, Dausa, Jaipur, Hanumangarh, Sikar, Udaipur, Kota, and JodhpurCandidates can choose three cities from the list of the GATE exam cities. All the three choices must be from the same GATE 2025 zone. For example - if a candidate chooses a particular city from the particular zone as the first choice, then he/she will be able to choose the second and third exam city will be from the same zone opted. 

The IIT Delhi M.Tech course is offered across different specialisations. IIT Delhi M.Tech admission is done based on the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) score. The GATE application form fee submission mode is online via net banking/credit card/debit card/UPI. M.Tech candidates are required to register for GATE through the official website of the GATE Online Application Processing System (GOAPS) (appsgate.iitd.ac.in). The application fee for boys is INR 1,500 and INR 750 for girls. The GATE 2025 registration fee for general has been released as of now in the official site as INR 1800 (without a late fee) and INR 2300 (with a late fee).
