The eligibility criteria for IIT Delhi MSc require applicants to have scored at least 55% in their graduation. They must hold a valid bachelor's degree in a relevant stream. Hence, a candidate with 60% in graduation can apply for IIT Delhi MSc admission. However, this is does not guarantee a seat for MSc at the institute. Admission to the course is entrance-based. IIT Delhi MTech admission is subject to fulfilment of a specified set of eligibility criteria. According to the eligibility criteria, the minimum marks required in graduation is 60%. Hence, a candidate scoring less than 60% is not eligible to apply for MTech admission at the institute. They can go for other colleges offering the course. Interested candidates can also check out the colleges offering Online MTech courses.

Admission to IIT Delhi BTech courses is subject to fulfiment of the eligibility requirements for JEE Main and JEE Advanced. The students who have passed Class 12 in Science stream with at least 75% aggregate (65% aggregate for SC/ST/PwD) are eligible to apply. Hence, a student scoring less than 60% is not eligible to pursue BTech at IIT Delhi. They can go for other colleges offering the course. They can also check out the colleges offering Online BTech courses.
