The average CTC of the current pass out batch (2019-21) of ISB&M Kolkata is 7.1 Lakhs.
If we apply normal distribution model, compensation CTC per annum will be as follows:
Top 11% students placed at a CTC of Rs. 10 -12 lacs.Upper Mid 45% students placed at a CTC of Rs. 7 - 9 lacs.Mid 27% students placed at a CTC of Rs. 6 -7 lacs.Bottom 17% students placed at a CTC of Rs. 5.5 - 6 lacs.
Most students (72%) placed in the range of 6 to 9 lacs CTC.

The college names mentioned above are all good in their own perspective. But some colleges stand out. For example, Lexicon Management Institute of Leadership and Excellence also operates a Centre for Excellence (CoX) to further academia industry interface through research and consultation work beneficial for industries involving its own students with experienced Professors/Researchers.

I am not much aware of any of other colleges but many of my friends have done their MBA/PGDM from PIBM. And they only have praises for this B-school. As far as I know, they have unique training methods updated and designed as per the industry requirements. They have regular corporate events, IVs, dual internships, and much more.
Apart from this, the students undergo special training in communication and aptitude which is quite essential in this competitive corporate world. Even during the pandemic, PIBM ensured that the placements and internship process continues through online mode. All the best!

Hi. Not sure about other colleges but PIBM is one of the best B-schools in India. PIBM provides practical exposure through business projects, corporate interactions, dual internships, and more. Placements for any domain are really good at PIBM. The companies hiring from PIBM are Deloitte, CITCO, Dabur, ITC, Xanadu Realty, and more.
